Teamviewer is an online service that allows the iControl engineers to provide top quality remote assistance in real time. This is a secure service which does not require additional software installation or configuration and works transparently through proxy/firewall and NAT networks.

Teamviewer is a stand-alone service which does not require any other software.
No special knowledge is necessary to work with the service.
